A non-refundable deposit of $80 is required to secure your session. The remaining $100 is due on the day of your mini session and may be paid in cash.
30 MINUTE SESSION
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your session starts and remain by your car until I meet with you. We will begin and end promptly according to the scheduled time slots. As a courtesy to others, any time lost due to late arrivals cannot be extended.
24-HOUR TURNAROUND
It is my goal to deliver your photos just in time for the holidays. Unless there are any unforseen delays, you can expect to receive your gallery by the end of the day following your session.
LOCATION
All sessions will be held at the picturesque Lake Runnymede Conservation Area in St. Cloud. With its gorgeous oak trees, winding natural paths, and an open field, you'll have a variety of beautiful rustic backdrops to choose from.
15 FINAL EDITS
For a fast and seamless delivery, I'll handpick and edit 15 of the best photos from your session, providing both color and black-and-white versions. You'll receive them in an online gallery where you can easily view, share, and download your images.

Complimentary parking is available at the entrance. When you arrive, please wait by your car, and I’ll meet you there at the start of your session.

There is a single restroom located near the parking lot.

As this is a nature preserve, please avoid bringing items that could harm the environment, such as confetti or plastic bottles. If you have any disposable items, kindly use the designated waste bins.
CANCELATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your session, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Booking deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will incur an $80 fee. Rescheduling may be accommodated at no extra charge if an alternative time slot is available. Booking deposit may not be transferred to any other photo session.
