Andrew and Jessica braved the misty, cool winds that came through Kraft Azalea Garden in Winter Park on the morning of their engagement shoot. For a moment I feared we might have to reschedule to save us from freezing, but they were troopers! Andrew and Jessica's wedding was just a couple months out and I could tell that they were ready to say "I do!" I mean, just look at them! So much love and excitement in their eyes, the level of comfort in the way they held each other, and the genuine fun they had together. A perfect match!

I absolutely love when I get to have an engagement session with a couple before their wedding day. I highly encourage it! It not only helps us all break the ice, but it also helps show the couple what my shooting style is like and gives them an idea of what to expect on their wedding day. It helps the couple get a little more comfortable in front of the camera and also helps them determine which photos they may want to recreate for their wedding. Overall its a win-win! Who doesn't love to win?
